About Us
The spiritual city of Tiruvannamalai is flooded with the blessings of Lord Shiva and is spiritually alive. It is an important temple city in Tamil Nadu. Many Rishis and Sages who attained liberation /moksha lived here. Chengam town is 30 km from Thiruvannamalai. It has been 42 years since the start of the private organisation Sri Ramakrishna Trust.
In August 2022 our headquarters accepted the long-pending request of 'Sri Ramakrishna Trust, Chengam' to take over it, as one of the branches of Math centres. Ramakrishna Math, Chengam was officially inaugurated as a new centre of Ramakrishna Math, Belur Math on 28th November 2022.
